The social event will take place at the Espaces Vanel.
The reception room occupies the very last floor of Toulouse's largest public library. Its terrace provides an iconic view of the city, the canal du midi, and the Jean Jaures ramblas.
The social event will start at 7pm, around a cocktail and a jazz concert, before we move on to dinner.
